How much does instant quote software cost?
There are two ways to buy it. The Quote Engine bolts onto the site you already have at $250 per month with no setup fee. If you need the website as well, Contractor Site + Quote Engine is $400 per month with no setup fee and includes everything in the Quote Engine. Off-the-shelf calculator widgets cost less — often nothing to around $50 a month — but you build and maintain the pricing logic yourself, and what you get back is a calculation rather than a scored lead with a job brief attached.
What is an instant quote tool, and how is it different from a contact form?
A contact form collects a name and a message, and then both of you wait. An instant quote tool asks the questions you would ask on a site visit — dimensions, materials, access, condition — and returns a real price range on the spot. The customer gets an answer while they are still deciding who to call. You get the answers to those same questions, so the first conversation starts from a scope instead of from scratch.
Will instant quoting work for custom jobs where every site is different?
Partly, and it is worth being straight about where the line is. Instant quoting works best where the work can be specified — deck square footage, linear feet of fence, standard roof replacements, repeatable service calls. For genuinely custom work, the tool gives a range rather than a number and flags what needs a site visit before it can be firmed up. That is still a large improvement on a contact form, because you learn the scope, the budget and the timeline before you drive out. But we would rather tell you a range is the honest answer than sell you a number you cannot stand behind.

How is this different from a free quote calculator plugin?
A plugin gives you a calculator: generic arithmetic on your page, configured and maintained by you. What we build is your pricing — materials, labour, square footage, access, site conditions — with hot, warm and cold scoring on every submission using rules you approve, a full job brief delivered by email, and the pricing rules updated as your costs move. If your pricing is genuinely simple and you enjoy maintaining it yourself, a plugin may be all you need. The difference is worth paying for when the pricing has real logic in it, or when what you actually want is qualified leads rather than a number on a screen.

Do you require long-term contracts?
No, IronLine Digital Systems does not require long-term contracts. All of our services are month-to-month. We believe in earning your business every month by delivering real results. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or hidden fees.
What's included in the monthly service packages?
Every monthly package includes website hosting, SSL certificate, security updates, performance monitoring, and unlimited edits at one change per request. Quote Engine plans also include ongoing pricing-rule updates as your costs move, plus the owner dashboard for requests, pipeline value, and lead quality. Review responses, an installable app, and tool integrations are available as add-ons.

How long does it take to build a website?
A typical website build takes 2 to 4 weeks from start to launch. This includes an initial consultation, design, development, content creation, and testing. More complex projects with custom features or extensive content may take longer. We provide a clear timeline during the initial consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
What do I need to provide to get started?
To get started, we need basic information about your business including your services, service area, contact details, and any photos or branding materials you have. We handle the rest, including writing content, designing your site, and setting up all technical details. If you do not have a logo or photos, we can work with you to find a solution.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Yes, ongoing support is included in all of our monthly packages. This includes content updates, technical maintenance, security monitoring, and performance optimization. We typically respond to all support requests within 24 hours during business days. You are never left without help after your site goes live.
Can I update my own website content?
Yes, our websites are built with a content management system (CMS) that allows you to make basic updates yourself. However, most of our clients prefer to let us handle updates as part of their monthly package so they can focus on running their business. Simply send us the changes and we will implement them promptly.
