Small offices
What does IronLine do?
Sets up and looks after networks, Wi-Fi and PCs for offices of up to about 15 people: new-office network setups, office moves, Wi-Fi and firewall fixes, network closet cleanups, Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migrations, and optional Network Care. Every network is labelled and documented, and the passwords are handed over in a vault you own.
How much does it cost?
Prices start at $195 for a Wi-Fi or firewall fix visit, $950 for an office move and $1,450 for a complete small-office network setup. The full list is on the Services page. Those prices are for labour; equipment is quoted on the same written quote before anything starts, plus NC sales tax where it applies.
How does a job start?
With a free 30-minute site walk at your office. A written, fixed-price quote follows within two business days.
Who buys the equipment?
IronLine does. The equipment is on the same written quote as the work. IronLine picks it, orders it and checks it before install, and it is sold to you outright. Warranties are registered in your name, and dead units and returns are handled for you.
How do I pay?
The equipment is paid for when you sign the quote, and the rest at hand-over, when the job is done. Every quote is itemized, so you see exactly what each part and each piece of work costs. Network Care is billed monthly.
Do I need a monthly contract?
No. Every service is a one-off job. Network Care, at $129 per site per month, is optional: monitoring, firmware updates, a quarterly on-site check and your documentation kept current. It is not an emergency line and comes with no response-time guarantee.
What area do you cover?
The Research Triangle: Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, RTP and the towns around them. IronLine is based in Durham.
Can you clean up a messy network closet?
Yes. Patch-cable spaghetti is replaced with right-length cords, dressed through cable managers and labelled, dead gear is removed, and you get before-and-after photos and a port map. It is quoted at a fixed price after a free site walk.
Do you manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or email?
IronLine moves offices from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace: email, calendars, contacts and files, at a fixed price quoted after a look at what you have. Day-to-day administration of either is not offered at the moment.
MSPs and IT providers
Do you take overflow work from MSPs?
Yes: onsite smart hands, router, switch and access point installs (including the cable run to each access point), office moves and cutovers, including after hours and weekends. Your client stays your client, with a non-solicit in writing.
How is MSP work billed?
Through IronLine Digital Systems LLC, on a 1099 or corp-to-corp basis, with a W-9 on request. Rates and terms are on a one-page sheet, sent on request.
